History of the Bank

Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “TUSAR” (Closed Joint-Stock Company) was registered in February 1994. In September 1998 the Bank underwent the re-registration in the Bank of Russia as a Close Joint-Stock Company.

The Bank possesses the license for performance of transactions between physical persons and legal entities both in rubles and in foreign currency No. 2712 issued by Central Bank of Russian Federation.

Since May 1998 the Bank has been a member of the Russian Banks Association.

CJSC “TUSARBANK” is included into the group of banks without any financial difficulties that serves as admittance of stable and reliable indicators of the Bank’s activity. Moscow Main Territorial Department of Central Bank of Russian Federation on December 8, 2003 has registered the report of results of the fifth equity issue (additional issue) of the CJSC “TUSARBANK”. The authorized capital size after the equity issue of the CJSC “TUSARBANK” was finished amounted to 180 million rubles.

On March 14, 2005 the State Corporation Insurance of Deposits Agency has incorporated the Bank into the Register of participating banks for obligatory deposit insurance scheme under the number 768.

CJSC “TUSARBANK” is developing the affiliated branches network in regions of Russian Federation.

For the moment the Bank has five affiliated branches in the cities of Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Tolyatti, Barnaul, and Volgograd, as well as two subsidiary offices in Moscow located at the addresses: Savvinskaya Naberezhnaya St., building 3 and Dmitrovskoye Highway St., building 11
